FILM AND TELEVISION PRODUCTION
The College of Creative Arts & Technology course in Film and Television Production equips students with the skills required to create and manage interactive content across different digital platforms and a clear understanding of digital film and television technologies.
These programs provide an insight into all aspects of the digital film and television standards that will be used for the broadcast of digital television in Australia, including the techniques used for video and audio coding and data casting.
The course assimilates all aspects of film and television production, (both pre and post), together with a thorough understanding of all necessary requirements to produce professional visual content.
The Film and Television Production students work closely with CCATs Drama, Dance, Audio Engineering, Music Performance, Graphic Design, Digital Animation and Visual Effects students. As part of their practical studies some of the student projects focus on such areas as: music video clips, television commercials, short films, feature films and documentaries.
At completion of the course, the Film and Television students are comfortably prepared to embrace a career within the world of digital film and television production. |
