Chantelle Delaney's Album
Pop star Chantelle Delaney is currently producing her new album at CCAT under the direction of Neil Anthony Goudge.
All of the tracks on the album are being recorded at the CCAT studios and students are being given the opportunity to be involved in the recording process as well as in the production of the video clips.
Watch this space for more information on the progress of this production. |
Film and Television
The College of Creative Arts & Technology, in association with significant media production companies has embarked upon several projects centered around the filming of pilot television programs. Through the utilisation of our Auditorium, Green Screen room and location shoots, CCAT has been able to offer our students the chance to assist in the recording processes required in creating commercial and Network product.
Film & Television classes learn first hand the professional techniques for lighting & camera placement during these events and regular classes. Audio classes are shown various techniques for capturing sound within differentiating environments.
Animation students are sourced for the creation of virtual sets for these pilot programs and the creation of screen backdrops, incidental animations and other special visual effects.
All projects under production are pitched to the commercial networks for assessment of potential production for a fully financed series to be filmed and aired.
The day-to-day opportunities for professional involvement within an educational institution is, we believe, unprecedented at this level.
With all this ahead of us, it makes for exceptional opportunities for future students of CCAT to become involved in the exciting world of Visual Media.
